The space Property Description This cozy 27 sqm (291 sqft) studio unit is located in Amani Grand Resort and Residences, Pusok-Matumbo Rd., Lapu-Lapu City—just a short 5-minute drive from the airport. Conveniently situated near shops, restaurants, coffee spots, and malls, it’s ideal for remote workers, families, and friends on vacation. The unit is thoughtfully furnished for comfort and convenience. Enjoy air conditioning, a 32” smart TV, hot & cold shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, induction cooker, range hood, rice cooker, electric kettle, and complete cookware.
