The apartment, including the kitchen, balcony, and bathroom, is for your exclusive use. Other things to note There are other guests and neighbors on the property, so avoid loud noises or overtime allowed for sound. No objects in the house can be removed from the site; this may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Damage will be charged in full. Until 11h. Late check-out: Additional cost of half a day for up to 5 overtime (payment via PIX or cash), subject to confirmation on the same day and provided there is no other entry after your stay. Bed Clothes Exchange: Available only for reservations from 3 nights. Towels and Networks: Available for payment of R$15,00 (towel) and $25.00 (network), amounts referring to the cost of laundry. Notes: Do not bring towels outside the house or use them as carpets. R$80,00 per damaged part (payment via PIX or cash). Caution and Respect for the Environment: It is forbidden to bring barbecue. Do not modify the furniture or place objects, nor take them out of the house. Any damage or loss caused by the guest will be charged for replacement of the item. No events or parties. Hygienic Paper: Discard in the garbage bin. Air-conditioning: Turn off when leaving the room. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The Visitors not previously notified are not allowed. We do not exceed the number of people allowed in the reservation. Pets: Do not allow them to climb in beds or sofas. If the pet needs inside the house, a fee of R$100.00 will be charged for cleaning after check-out. Collect waste from pet. Do not use utensils of the house for the pet.
