Located in the heart of Andalusia, 20 minutes from Seville, 30 minutes from Jerez, one hour from Córdoba, Cádiz and Huelva, and 90 minutes from Málaga and Granada. The space The house, 200m2, marble floor, two very large living rooms (with hot/cold air conditioning in both. One of them also has a fireplace). Four bedrooms (three with a double bed and one with two beds). Two of the bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning. The other two have electric radiators for winter and fans for summer. Two bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower), fully equipped kitchen with hot water but no dishwasher. This is a very cozy house, nice furniture, and where you'll feel right at home. It is surrounded by a large 1100 m2 garden with many trees and ornamental plants and a large swimming pool. It's a very quiet area, with good weather most of the year. It is very close to the most important cities in Andalusia (between 25 minutes and 90 minutes away). Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Guest access Bed linen, towels, air conditioning and heating in both living rooms and a fireplace in one living room. In the two main bedrooms there are hot/cold splits and in the other two electric radiators and fans. Electric water heaters in the kitchen and the two bathrooms. Ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, iron, stereo, many books, two televisions (one in each living room) and one of the televisions has smart TV, free WiFi... everything you need for a pleasant stay. Shop and restaurant very close by. Staff that takes care of the garden and pool. Automatic garden watering. Other things to note All the guests who have stayed in our house have been very satisfied.
