Very close to the University of Pretoria, Unisa, Boys and Girl’s High, Seuns en Meisies Hoër and Loftus. Also near many major hospitals like Zuid-Afrikaans, Jakaranda Hospital and Groenkloof life hospital and shopping malls like Brooklyn and Menlyn. The space The cottage is at the back of a large garden enclosed by walls and neighbouring houses. The main house looks out onto the street while the cottage is secluded in the middle of a residential block. Guest access Guests use the cottage and private patio and are welcome to use the communal fire pit and garden. Other things to note The owner’s dogs are kept in the main house and front garden of the main house unless discussed otherwise. No smoking is allowed inside the cottage. .
