IKEA duvet covers used with comfy linens. Towels are plush & soft. Selection of pillow types in suite. Enjoy the warmth of the heated mattress pads, soft blankets & warm cozy terry cloth robes & slippers. Relax in a hot bubble bath, curl up on the couch and enjoy the electric fireplace. High end appliances - full sized washer / dryer & dishwasher with laundry soap provided. Fully stocked kitchen with all the items you need to cook your own meals and wash dishes. **Cleanliness is a HIGH priority therefore I personally clean the suite myself to maintain standards. Bed sheets & duvet covers are washed between guests** Close to a grocery, drug stores, Starbucks, Booster Juice, Dollerama, Shell Gas etc. Airbnb is licensed with the City of Saskatoon. ***Outdoor cameras are used for safety and to prevent negative activity *** Guest access Entire basement suite is for your use. Very private. Has 7 steps going down into suite with a handrail for safety. Keypad door lock for self check in. Located down the right side of the house, just follow the sidewalk and there will be a door on the left. Other things to note One parking space in driveway on the right side is for you, there is also parking on the street near home. FAST wifi. Fully stocked kitchen. No extra charges for multiple guests.
