Free parking for cars and motorbikes is available in front of the apartment or within the fenced grounds directly on the property. The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house. The apartment 3+1. The first bedroom has 2 beds, the second bedroom has 4 beds, living room - extra bed (on a sofa bed). Fully equipped kitchen. Home fitness corner. Garden seating. Note: in case of occupancy of 1-2 guests, Bedroom No. 2 is not available. Guest access Parking in front of the house. Entrance through the gate. Entrance to the apartment on the ground floor. During your stay Key handover: personal meeting, presentation of ID/passport, filling out and signing of mandatory forms for the office (for each person staying) and then handover of the apartment and keys. Messages via Airbnb, phone, email. Other things to note Outdoor shoes are not allowed in the apartment. Home-made slippers are available in the apartment. No pets. No smoking inside the building. No visitors allowed.
