Welcome to our vacation home with a beautiful garden on the outskirts of Arenshausen. Lovingly furnished, it has everything you need for a vacation and relaxation, from an espresso maker to a charcoal grill. Two bikes are available for exploring the area. Good location for hikes and excursions in beautiful Eichsfeld. Super climbing walls within walking distance (13 min.) with 63 routes, difficulty level 5-9+. The space Relax in your individual vacation home! The house (semi-detached house) has a beautiful location on the outskirts of a horse meadow. The house has a pretty kitchen with dining area on the first floor, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the green garden. In the cozy living room with flat-screen TV, you can relax in the evening after beautiful excursions or hikes. On the first floor is the bedroom with a single bed and there is an additional toilet. In the hall way there is a wardrobe. The stairs lead to the first floor with two bedrooms (one with two beds and one with a 1.40 m bed) and a large bathroom with shower and washing machine. In the house there is everything you need as well as, among other things, an Italian espresso maker, milk frother, paints and games. Maps, brochures and flyers for excursions and gastronomy tips are available. In the basement are the two bicycles, which you can get outside very quickly via the rear basement exit. The garden is available with garden furniture for 5 people and charcoal grill for your own use. The carport can of course be used. There's also a dart board hanging here. There is room for 4 cars. Within walking distance there is a bakery, a small shop and a village pub (with good and inexpensive regional cuisine). Climbing walls within walking distance, 63 routes with difficulty level 5-9+. Guest access The house and garden are available for free and exclusive use. Other things to note The weekly price is for 2 people. For additional people, please ask. Children up to the age of 5 are free! Dogs are not allowed in the upper bedroom floor (except in a dog crate)
