Countryhouse Koruna is located in the picturesque village of Božanov, in the middle of the Broumovsko nature conservation area, under the rocks of the Broumovských stěny. The villa has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people. Due to its beautiful location, this is an ideal base for walkers and sporty cyclists. The space The ground floor has a living room with open kitchen with all luxury and comfort. The open kitchen is furnished with a cozy dining area. In the living room you can sit cosily in front of the wood stove. There is also a satellite TV at your disposal. In the living room / kitchen you have a phenomenal view of the mountainous landscape and extensive meadows. From the room you can go directly to the terrace, where you can enjoy the beautiful nature. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms. There is also a downstairs bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The first floor has a living room / relaxation area with sauna. This floor has 3 bedrooms. The first floor also has a bathroom with bath, separate shower, sink and separate toilet. Garden: The house is surrounded by a large garden without a fence. The garden on the southwest with a terrace is beautifully situated with a unique unobstructed view over fields and mountains. You can use the available garden furniture and the barbecue. There is also a large lawn where your children can enjoy themselves. Guest access Free WiFi is available throughout the house. The holiday home is located on the edge of a small-scale campsite (only open in summer). The guests of this holiday home can make free use of the facilities on the property, such as the (heated) swimming pool, (swimming) pond, the playground, a recreation room with pool table, table tennis and table football, the multifunctional sports field and trampoline. Numerous activities can be undertaken from the house and there are opportunities to book (active) day trips in summer and winter for young and old, such as horseback riding, mountain climbing, canoeing, organized hiking tours, brewery excursions and skiing and cross-country skiing in winter. Other things to note The price includes with the exception of the tourist tax of 25 Kc (approx. € 1,10) per person per night. The city tax should be paid on site upon arrival. The price also includes electricity with normal consumption. From 1st of May to 1st of October, the price includes electricity consumption of max. 30 Kwh per day and for the other dates, max. 70 Kwh per day is included. This is sufficient with normal consumption. In case of exceeding, we will charge the extra electricity consumed at the current price. Optional: A towel package and a kitchen linen package are not included in the reservation. It is possible to order this: Towel package: € 3,50 per package (2 towels). Kitchen linen package: € 3,50 per package (1 kitchen towel, 1 tea towel, 1 dishcloth, 1 sponge). Kids package: € 25,- (baby cot, bed linen, high chair).
