Location & Surroundings: The apartment is quietly located in the beautiful Sohland an der Spree, in the middle of the Upper Lusatian Mountains. Numerous hiking and biking trails start right outside the front door, leading through forests, hills and small idyllic places – ideal for nature lovers, active vacationers and anyone who simply wants to switch off. Our region offers many beautiful destinations: The historic old town of Bautzen can be reached by public transport (stop 2 minutes' walk away) or by car within half an hour. For longer hikes, the Zittau Mountains or Saxon Switzerland (each about 1 hour away by car) offer numerous possibilities. Visit charming cities like Görlitz and Dresden. The neighboring Czech Republic is also just a hike away and invites you to exciting day trips. After an eventful day, you can unwind in our cozy apartment and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Our approximately 40 m² bright apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building. Here you will find an open and spacious living and sleeping area with a fireplace and a fully equipped, modern kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a modern and spacious shower. If needed, a washing machine and detergent are also available on request. Sleeping area: The large and cozy double bed can be placed in two 90 cm single beds if needed. In addition, the comfortable sofa bed offers space for additional guests, so the apartment is suitable for 3-4 people. A wardrobe provides plenty of storage space for clothes. For your stay, we provide you with bed linen. Living area: Make yourself comfortable in front of the crackling fireplace: the comfortable and large sofa bed invites you to linger. We will of course provide you with enough wood for your stay. Via the smart TV, you can watch both TV and various streaming providers such as Use Netflix and Prime (own account required). Kitchen: Feel like cooking yourself? In our fully equipped kitchen you will find all the utensils you need. In a cozy seating area you can enjoy your meal.
