Vacation apartment at the marina with balcony The space Welcome to Fehmarn! Apartment 10 is a corner apartment on the 2nd floor, making it ideal for guests who prefer a quieter environment. It can be reached via the terrace. There is a fixed Wi-Fi network in the property, and a smart TV is available for guest use in the apartment. The vacation apartment consists of a large living/sleeping room with a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) and a wall-mounted folding bed (180 x 200 cm), as well as a dining area with a dining table for up to 6 people. The open-plan kitchen, located in the same room, is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop, as well as a portable mini oven. Dishes and everything you need for your vacation are also available. In another separate bedroom, a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe are available for guest use. The 53-square-meter shower room completes the apartment. The special thing is the unique view of the newly designed harbor promenade with its own separate wooden terrace. From the sofa you can look at the great lighthouse on the room wall and the ships in the harbor with all its maritime flair. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and is therefore also ideally suited for people with mobility impairments. The free, redesigned car parking space is right outside the door.
