The space Welcome to our farm – where the neighbors are fluffy, have horns, and occasionally say “moo.” Our newly built vacation rental combines modern comfort with true country idyll and a good dose of cow charm. From the apartment and the covered terrace, you have a direct view of the expansive pasture of our Highland cattle – the perfect setting for breakfast, coffee, or a glass of wine in the evening. We promise: Here, slowing down comes naturally. The flat offers: • A bedroom with a double bed • Second bedroom with pull-out double bed (ideal for families or friends) • Modern bathroom with spacious walk-in shower • Fully equipped modern kitchen in the entrance hall (entryway) • Covered, furnished terrace overlooking the apiary and cattle pasture • Own entrance & separate driveway Our animal highlights: The focus of our farm is on our Highland cattle, who have access to a large pasture that you can observe directly from the apartment. We also have chickens and bees—real country living included, but without the barn smell in the apartment, I promise 😉 Farm products (upon request): • Apple juices • Eggs • Beef steaks You can’t get much more local than that—unless you milk the cows yourself. (Don't worry, you don't have to.) Location: Quiet in the countryside – but surprisingly well connected: • Dorfen highway entrance: about 10 minutes • Munich Ost: approx. 30 minutes by car • Munich city center: about 1 hour • Munich Central Station: approx. 40 minutes (Park & Ride from Dorfen Station) • Therme Erding: about 30 minutes • Chiemsee: approx. 50 minutes Perfect for vacations, business trips, trade fair visits, or simply a “chill” break from everyday life.
