A covered natural stone staircase leads to the living area on the first floor, which has a rustic kitchen and a living room with an open fireplace. Two cosy bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The extensive grounds with private pool area, barbecue, pizza oven and covered terrace offer plenty of space for relaxation and activities. Watercourses, a pond for fishing, a volleyball court and table tennis provide plenty of variety. The friendly owner will be happy to show you the mill wheel technology and give you an insight into grain milling. The region offers numerous opportunities for exploration. Visit the neighbouring farm to taste local wines or enjoy a guided tour through the vineyards. Discover charming little towns such as Bibbiena and Poppi or the impressive Franciscan monastery of La Verna. The Casentino Nature Park invites you to go hiking, cycling and trekking through centuries-old forests. Arezzo, just a short drive away, entices you with its fascinating historic centre, impressive churches and lively antiques market.
