The space As soon as you enter the house, you will feel the warm atmosphere that invites you to linger. You can expect about 72 m² on one level, which are divided into different areas by an inviting hallway: the bright living and dining room, the spacious bedroom and the spacious kitchen. From here you can directly access the beautiful balcony overlooking Zwingenberg. Zwingenberg is a town with about 700 inhabitants and is located in the beautiful Neckar Valley. In the village, there is a mom-and-pop shop, a pizzeria, tennis courts and a sports center. The Zwingenberg Castle Festival has become a permanent cultural institution, which is known far beyond the region of the lower Neckar. The large garage with two parking spaces is practical and comfortable. Bicycles are also available for a tour of the Odenwald, the Margaretenschlucht, the castle with its Wolfsschlucht or just the nearby outdoor pool in Eberbach.
