Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Enclosed decking with sitting-out area and garden furniture. 1000-acre natural grounds. Hot tub for 4 (private). Private parking for 2 cars. 2 small dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (working farm). No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced pond in the grounds. (In fenced arboretum).
