Set over three floors, it combines period character — including two log burners — with modern comfort and practical family-friendly features. Sleeping up to 8 guests, the layout includes four bedrooms (two with en-suites), a family bathroom, downstairs WC, two separate lounges, a fully equipped kitchen and a bright conservatory dining space ideal for social meals overlooking the coast. Outside there is a large garden with patio and decking, along with private driveway parking. Guest access Guests have full, private access to Churchside Villa for the duration of their stay, including the garden and private driveway parking. Self check-in is via a secure key lockbox, allowing flexible arrival. Full details are provided before check-in. There are two self-contained annexes on site, each with its own completely separate entrance. Other things to note • The property is set over three floors with stairs between each level. • Travel cots and high chairs are available on request — please let us know before arrival. • Churchside Villa sits alongside two separate, fully self-contained annexes with their own private entrances (Churchside Well and Churchside Loft). • For larger gatherings, the villa and both annexes can be booked together to accommodate up to 16 guests in total (subject to availability).
