Casa Lilla - Villa with garden near Venice

Casa Lilla is a 100 m² townhouse with two private gardens and a large fenced internal parking lot. It is the ideal choice for those who want to visit Venice and the Veneto region without sacrificing space, tranquility and autonomy. The house can accommodate up to 7 people (+1 child up to 2-3 years old, with a folding cot available upon request) and is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a large covered porch with dining table, ideal for outdoor dining in the beautiful seasons. Entering you access the living room with TV (with Chromecast), double sofa bed and the fully equipped kitchen with oven, gas hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and utensils. A basic kitchen kit (oil, salt, sugar) is also available. Also on the ground floor there is a bathroom/laundry room with washing machine and a veranda overlooking the garden at the back, where dumbbells and mattress are available for those who want to train during their stay, but also a desk to work remotely. On the first floor there are two spacious and bright double bedrooms (one with a TV with Chromecast) and a windowed bathroom with a bathtub/shower. A third smaller room is for private use and not accessible. Wi-Fi available. Autonomous heater heating system. Cooling on-site. Iron and ironing board available. Crib available upon request. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, two private gardens, porch, veranda, and indoor parking. The parking space can comfortably accommodate 2–3 cars and is also suitable for campers (without dedicated services for campers). Access is in autonomous mode via a lockbox with a code, provided before arrival. The home is not shared with other guests. Some enclosed spaces are reserved for the property. Bicycles can be used during the stay and stored on the property. Other things to note The house is in a quiet and residential area: we ask you to respect the quiet of the neighborhood, especially in the evening, respecting the neighbors. Pets are not allowed, and parties or events are not allowed. The wood-burning stove is functional but cannot be used during the stay. Being in the countryside, insects or mosquitoes may be present in the hottest seasons; all windows are equipped with mosquito nets and, on request, a bed mosquito net is available for one of the rooms. Mogliano Veneto train station is about a 5-minute drive (10 minutes by bike or 30 minutes on foot); trains to Venice and Treviso depart about every 30 minutes. The center of Mogliano Veneto, with supermarkets, restaurants, the city market on Monday morning and all services, can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. There are no frequent bus lines in the immediate vicinity: it is recommended to use your own vehicle, taxi or bicycles made available. Heating and cooling are included: we only ask you to turn them off when not needed. The accommodation tax of €1.60 per person per night (for those over 14 years of age) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash at the property.
