The space Our 1BR penthouse unit at The Berkeley Suites features a separate bedroom, living and dining area, kitchen, and private bathroom. Bedroom – The bedroom is separate from the living area (not a studio layout), offering more privacy. It has blackout curtains and a window with views of the city, mountains, and pool. While there is no TV in the bedroom, it’s a comfortable space for couples or families to relax and unwind. Living & Dining Area – The living room and dining area share one open space. Guests can dine at the table beside the TV console or use the adjustable coffee table for extra flexibility. The Smart TV includes internet access and Netflix. The sofa converts into a sofa bed, and a full-length mirror is available nearby. Blackout curtains help ensure a restful sleep for those using the sofa bed. The window overlooks the building’s patio/pocket garden with views of the pool and mountains. Kitchen – Located beside the living and dining area, the kitchen is compact but functional, with upper and lower cabinets for storage. It includes a refrigerator with a small freezer suitable for storing meats, fish, or cold cuts. Cooking utensils, plates, placemats, and basic dining essentials are provided. Cooking is done using an induction cooker, so guests may want to plan meals accordingly. To keep the space pleasant for all guests, strongly odorous foods are not allowed. Bathroom – The bathroom is located near the kitchen area and includes a hot shower with a water heater. Shampoo, soap, and basic bathroom essentials are provided. A bidet is not currently installed but may be added in a future upgrade. Shared Amenities – The building’s shared facilities are managed by the administration of The Berkeley Suites.
