The space Peekaboo Cottage is a newly refurbished, detached, two bedroomed property set in a peaceful and idylic setting and most definitely is dog friendly. There is a master, double bedroom along with an additional twin room. A completely new and fresh, modern bathroom suite with a walk in shower and electric towel rail. A bright and stylish, modern kitched which boasts: - a dishwasher - electric oven - electric hob - fridge with freezer compartment - washing machine and integrated tumble dryer - slow cooker - air fryer A lounge/dining room provides a dining table which can double as a work desk should you need your laptop during your stay and with 150mbps fibre internet you wont have any problems with a wifi connection. In the corner of the lounge is a modern tv providing Freeview, Netflix, Amazon along with many other apps. You will need your account/login details to view the streaming services. To keep your living space free from clutter, we have a porch to store your coats, boots and dog leads and here you'll find racquets and balls for use in the communal tennis court. At the rear of the proeprty is a fully fenced and enclosed back garden providing a safe and secure space for both children and dogs to play. There is an outside table and chairs so the family can enjoy a relaxing private garden retreat in the warm summer months. The safety of our guests is paramount: - We have smoke detectors fitted in the bedrooms and a smoke/heat detector kitchen area. - The bedrooms and bathroom are fitted with beautiful, wooden regulatory internal firedoors. - All glazing is safety glass. - The electrics have been fitted with RCBOs. - There is a wall mounted fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first aid kit.
