Cabin in Austevoll

In this waterfront house you can recharge your batteries in scenic and inspiring surroundings. The place is perfect for those who like to be close to the lake and start the day with a fresh morning swim from the dock. From the terraces you can enjoy your morning coffee with beautiful views of Selbjørnsfjorden, and in the afternoon and evening dinner can be enjoyed with views of Grasdasjøen. The waterfront house is owned by artist Arne Mæland, and is decorated with exciting art from various artists. The cabin is located in quiet surroundings. Boat can be rented. The space The cabin is suitable for four adults and two kids. The cabin is on two floors, with three bedrooms, bathroom and entrance on the first floor. The second floor consists of an open living room and kitchen, as well as a porch on both sides. Bedroom 1 has a 150 cm double bed. Bedroom 2 has a 120 cm double bed. Bedroom 3 has two bunk beds adapted for children. The beds are shorter than standard beds (180 cm long). There is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. The beds are made, and there are towels in the bathroom. Guest access Guests can use the entire waterfront house. The jetty and the area around the waterfront house is a common area for those who have a waterfront house in Grasdassjøen boat camp, and can therefore also be used by our guests. There are bathing stairs on the floating jetty outside the cabin. There is a lovely little beach, perfect for children, further inside the harbor. This can also be used by our guests. Boat located by the cabin can be rented. Perfect for fishing trips in nice weather. 14-foot boat with 25 hp. Fishing gear is included with the boat. Rates: NOK 350 per day. 1700 NOK per week. Tenant must be born before 1980 or have a valid boating license. Boat is rented with a full tank and returned cleaned and with a full tank. Other things to note Check-in is via a key box on the outside of the cabin. There is free parking 50 meters from the waterfront house. There is a short distance from Grasdaslsjøen and into Bekkjarvik (4.7 km). Here there are opportunities for both shopping and good food experiences. There are many nice hiking trails in Bekkjarvik and you can choose whether you want to take the sherpa stairs up Kongskleiva to enjoy the beautiful view, take a walk in Roseparken or walk the beautiful hiking trail along the waterfront. It takes about 30 minutes to drive from Hufthamar (ferry dock) to Grasdalsjøen.
