The space The apartment is located in the center of Züschen, a district of Winterberg, and was completely renovated in 2024 and thematically designed by us in 2026 with a lot of love for detail and high-quality furnishings. The location is ideal for activities such as mountain biking, skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking, water skiing. The center of Winterberg can be reached in 8 minutes by car. Three bedrooms 1st bedroom: a double bed 180 x 200 cm with two matching duvets and pillows. 2nd bedroom: one double bed 140 x 200 cm with two matching duvets and pillows. 3rd floor: 1 single bed 90x200 and a pull-out bed with second bed (with matching duvets and pillows) Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, Tchibo tab machine, toaster, kettle and extensive kitchen utensils. The new bathroom offers a walk-in rain shower. The property has underfloor heating, a modern ventilation system with heat recovery and a high-quality, keyless access system. In addition, the property offers its own cinema room with high-quality projector and impressive image resolution - first-class film experience in a private atmosphere! Balcony with a panoramic view. Guest access Around the house there is free signposted parking. The apartment is on the right on the 2nd floor. Other things to note Late check-out is possible by arrangement. Please note that the bed covers for the attic itself must be brought along. Matching blankets and pillows are provided. Towels for 4 people are always available. Optionally, we can provide extra bed linens and towels. Bed linen: 10€ per person Towels: 5€ p.p. For very short-term bookings (e.g. on the same day), the laundry package may not be available in time. ➡️ Important: For short-term bookings, please contact us directly if the laundry package is needed, so that we can organize everything in time. If necessary, baby cots and high chairs are available in the basement of the house.
