It is CLOSE TO THE BEACH (750 meters) but tucked back a little, providing you the experience of both the beach and the rainforest (Monkeys, Sloths…). It is only a 10-15 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the beach. The home features 3 LARGE BEDROOMS/2 FULL BATHS, FULL KITCHEN & LAUNDRY…. SALT WATER POOL, PALAPA BED, POOL DECK, COVERED PATIO, BBQ & TEAK PING PONG TABLE! You’ll also enjoy the TOP YOGA TERRACE with it’s own PALAPA and HAMMOCKs. The house has WIFI INTERNET and Cable TV, fully equipped kitchen, Laundry room (W/D) AC in bedrooms, CEILING FANS and central airing tower that helps keep it cooler naturally. US Manager (English, Espanol & Francais) lives nearby and offers ALL SERVICES (reduced rate tours, Surf lessons, massage, cook etc..) EZ ACCESS to all the areas activities (Zip lines, waterfalls, horses, etc…) This is a NON-SMOKING home. Our MANAGER LIVES NEARBY and will be happy to assist you both before and during your stay. We highly recommend renting a car for access to all the areas' touristy activities, but you can still have a wonderful and comfortable vacation without one. However, having your own mode of transportation will also give you the freedom to go into town for an evening at one of the areas' restaurants or to grab groceries at the local supermarket to enjoy a peaceful meal in the comfort of the home We respect our guests privacy. We are nearby if they need us. We are selective and only rent to respectful groups. Our guests can also rent a local cell phone from us at a nominal fee so they can always be in touch. We can also be reached on our US # (rings in CR) and by email. We love the local feel, the tranquility (unlike Jaco or Manuel Antonio's crowds- 15 - 20 miles resp.) and the proximity to all the fun! The village has a grocery store and a few restaurants. It's definitely a BEACH VIBE, very relaxing, park anywhere, no crowds! The house is on the LARGES, MOST PRIVATE LOT in a secure community with a mix of locals and gringos. Rental car highly recommended- Airport transportation available (Optional). Most our guests rent a car at the airport. (About 80 miles, good roads). A few guests have elected to not rent a car. This is feasible and you can still have a wonderful and comfortable vacation without one, but we personally highly recommend renting a car for easy access to all the areas' touristy activities and to see as much as possible of the Pura Vida life. Local buses are not always timely. Having your own mode of transportation will also give you the freedom to go into town for an evening at one of the areas' restaurants or to grab groceries at the main supermarket. Another big hit (pun intended!) is the beautiful Teak PING PONG Table that doubles up as a great outdoor dining table. Fun for all ages! The lower PALM GARDENS are beautifully landscaped, and feature a forest of aged King Palms and organic min farm. Our guests love watching the MONKEYS that pass through it nearly everyday, the occasional resident SLOTH is also a regular guest!
