All of our rooms are air-conditioned. There is a combi boiler for hot water and heating. There is free wifi in our residence. iron, hair dryer, clothes dryer and washing machines are also available so that you can use them in times of need. there are paid and some free parking spaces very close to our residence. Inner city beaches are within walking distance. You can use public transport, a few minutes from Güzelyalı and Dardanos Beaches. Assos is 83 km away and you can take your car for the day. Other things to note * Our guests who smoke can only smoke in the kitchen, closing the door and operating the ventilation or on the back balcony due to the sensitive smoke detectors located in the entire residence and for the comfort of our non-smoking guests.
