The space The property is centrally heated and compromises of - Lounge area- sofas - Electric Fire - Smart TV and Games/books are available in the lounge. Kitchen and Dining Area. Dining table to seat 4 people around a smart modern table Well designed quality kitchen fully stocked with a built in Fridge freezer /Dishwasher/Microwave/Gas cooker & Air fryer plus everything needed to make your stay as comfortable as it can be. Bedroom one. A large Double Bedroom with a King size bed, large wardrobe /cupboard and Drawers. TV Dressing Table with a stool. En-suite Toilet. Carpeted Bedroom Two Small twin bedroom with 2 x 2ft6" beds Cupboards over head. Wardrobe. Room for storage under the the beds. Small TV Family Bathroom. Nice size Shower with Hand Basin & toilet. Outside Space. Large outdoor space with seating and umbrella Guest access The whole property is for use on your stay to enjoy this beautiful location of the Peak District, so many things to enjoy and visit for every member of the family. This property is self catering with everything you need for your stay. Access to the static is by a locked coded box on the left hand side of the steps going into the property. The Playpark is free to use from 9am to 9pm. The Heated Indoor swimming Pool is bookable at Reception (a small is payable straight to the park from Reception) They are 1 hr slots including changing time. Please see opening times advertised outside the Swimming Pool by reception. There are on occasions through out the Spring/Summer months pop up food trailer and an Ice cream van that comes on the park. Leaflets for areas and places to visit, Taxi numbers , bus information, take away menus can be found at reception and a shop for your vital needs - Groceries, Frozen food, wine, spirits, Ice cream & sweets. Other things to note We respectfully ask guests to remove their outside shoes to keep maintain the cleanliness of the property. Sheets included in your stay. 1 Bath Towel per person ( Bath towels not to be used for the pool) 1 Hand Towel in the bathroom and 1 Hand Unfortunately this property has no wheel chair access. Parking for 2 cars on the Tarmac only - No parking/driving on any grass areas. No barbeques allowed on the decking of the property. No Hen or Stag parties/ Couples or families only (no more than 4 guests on one stay Launderette on site - Pay as you go large Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer next to reception. EV charging by the sales office - NO EV charging from the property. (extra cost)
