Home in Norðragøta

A modern, bright and family friendly home in a small town on a cul-de-sac road, where children can ride their bikes and the neighbours are friends. Walking distance to grocery store, football field and playground. Close to the old village path Norðagøta-Leirvík over the mountain. Additionaly there is walking distance to a museum, and a cozy asian buffet restaurant. Enjoy our beautiful living room view of our town council architectural pearl and Gøta church surrounded by mountans and the ocean. The space We have a newly built home. We moved in at end of summer of '21. Our kitchen and family room is spacious with a high noise cancelling ceiling, large windows and a good couch. The kitchen is well-equippet and spacious to cook together. There are two bathrooms and the bigger one has a bathtub where you can enjoy a good soak. There are two bedrooms, the "parents' room" has room for an extra matress on the floor as well as equippet with a crib for children up to 3 years. The childs' room has an extendable single bed which turns into a 180, and lots and lots of legos ;) Guest access Guests can use the whole house apart from the part of the ground floor which has yet to be furnished. Other things to note We do not have a garden. We haven't made the garden yet, so there are some piles of sand and topsoil, as this is a work in progress. But we do have two fully functional balconies. One of which is covered and has a heating lamp to enjoy a chilly night with a glass or cup of goodness 😊
