The space The first bathroom is on the ground floor, convenient and easily accessible, while the second is in the attic, next to the bedroom, in a more secluded and intimate space. The open, exposed wooden staircase guides the eye upward with its simple, natural lines, becoming a charming little feature of the house. The floors in the rooms, all in natural wood, create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with shades that evoke the tranquility and simplicity of nature. The garden is also in the design phase: soon, it will become a green oasis where guests can relax, enjoy the outdoors, and experience moments of tranquility amidst light, plants, and silence. ATTRACTIONS The lake is about 5 km (3 miles) away, and in just a few minutes, you can reach the center of Garda, with its lakeside promenade, restaurants, and scenic walks. The Affi highway exit (Brenner A22 highway) is about a 5-minute drive away, making the house easily accessible and ideal as a starting point for visiting Lake Garda and the Veneto region.
