Step outside and enjoy the private outdoor area with a heated swimming pool, sun loungers, barbecue area, and even a basketball hoop for relaxed family fun. The sea-view terrace is ideal for morning coffee, lazy afternoons, or unforgettable sunset dinners. Inside, the bright open-plan living area includes a Smart TV, an indoor fireplace, and a fully equipped modern kitchen featuring an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, hand mixer, wine fridge, and more. A washing machine is also available, making the villa perfect for longer stays. For year-round comfort, the bathrooms offer underfloor heating, while the villa also provides strong WiFi, private parking, and all the thoughtful details that make a stay truly special. Guest access Guests have access to two mountain bikes – sizes L and M – as well as a child bike seat for children up to 33 lbs (15 kg) and a 16" children's bike.
