The construction trailer is opposite a 100-year-old barn that I converted into a studio. The construction trailer is 17 m² with kitchen-living room, double bed in one room. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker, kettle, small fridge and sink (water container). You will find everything you need in terms of kitchenware, dishes, and spices. The wood-burning stove quickly creates cozy warmth if needed. Guests - shower & toilet are located in the barn. The space Welcome to Vielitz! The construction trailer is located in a small, constantly evolving artist retreat in the heart of Ruppiner Seenland. Just a three-minute walk away is the idyllic Vielitzsee. Vielitz itself is nestled in nature, forest, lakes and numerous hiking trails – a place of rest with plenty of space and space to breathe. The grounds are adjacent to a 100 + year old four-seater courtyard. In recent years, a project barn called "The Vield" has been created here. I spend a lot of time in my studio in the barn, take care of the vegetable garden with my partner and the father of my young son or work on other small construction sites on site. In perspective, a holiday apartment, another studio and a ceramics workshop are created here. As a trained Shiatsu practitioner, I also offer Shiatsu treatments on site if booked in advance. Living space The construction trailer is lovingly furnished and offers everything for a relaxing time out: Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob (two plates), small fridge, espresso cooker, kettle and spices. Drinking water canister (refillable in the basement of the barn). Handmade futon (140x200 cm) made of natural materials on Tatamis, with additional topper for more comfort. Fireplace (a bucket of wood is ready). Shower & plumbing Solar shower in the garden (spring to autumn, pleasantly warm in the sun). Please use only natural soaps in the outdoor shower (no conventional shampoo/personal care products). Modern guest shower and toilet with warm water in the barn. Arrival and departure Arrival by arrangement. By train & bike: to Herzberg (Mark) or Lindow (Mark), from there about 5 km bike path through meadows & fields. Bikes can be rented at the Tourist Info in Lindow. In case of taxi request: reserve at least one day before. Address: Mittelstraße 40, 16835 Vielitz Parking: free right in front of the wooden gate on the left, please so that another car fits through the gate. Important notes Please use water sparingly – it is a precious good. BBQ on request (please clean, bring your own charcoal). Sun loungers & hammock may be used and stored rainy again after use. Sauna & common area The middle barn is common area for all guests. Please maintain each other's privacy and meet you with respect and mindfulness. Sauna can be booked for €25/person. Please let us know in time (heating time about 2 hours). Hammam towels, infusion and slippers are ready. No shoes in the sauna. Please pour the infusion pot after use and place it on the bench in front of the shower. Ventilate sauna & shower well after use. Residential respect requirement Close the window & door in the absence (water damage unfortunately must be carried by the guest). Smoking only allowed in the Garden – please use ashtrays. Only clean and dry put away dishes, silverware & kitchen utensils. Turn off hot pots only with coasters, always use a cutting board. Please use the fireplace with care. Use barbecue & fire pit responsibly (note proximity to the barn). Garbage separation Please separate garbage in residual waste / yellow bin / paper / compost. Compost: back left behind the barn (please without stickers/plastic scraps). Glass: please bring yourself to container Kirchstraße 39. Damage & Liability Please report any damage immediately – this can happen to anyone. No liability for valuables. Guests are liable for keys and damages to the inventory. Costs Flat rate for bed linen, towels & final cleaning: €30 The house rules are accepted with the booking. Languages I am fluent in German, English and French. Have a relaxing and inspiring time in Vielitz! Sincerely, Bettina Guest access Guests can move freely in the construction trailer, on their own terrace, in the garden around the construction trailer and in the middle area of the barn. The barn also has a guest toilet and shower as well as opportunities to sit in the shade or when it rains. The sauna can of course also be used and costs an extra 25 euros per person.
