Cabin in Sør-Aurdal

Great and high altitude, spacious family cabin with 360 degrees panoramic views, "Ski-in" in alpine slope and cross-country track. The cabin is available for a minimum of 8 days at Easter or on request (preferably the whole of Easter). Located at the top of the mountain only 2.5 hours drive from Oslo/Oslo Airport. Great starting point for alpine, ski slopes and hiking trails right outside the cabin door. Wide views of plains and mountains to the south and west and towards Jotunheimen in the north. The space The cabin has a spacious hall with doors to the living room, bathroom, bedroom and laundry room. There are stairs to the 2nd floor and down to the basement. The living room is large and spacious and has an open solution that combines dining table with space for 8-10 people, living room with armchairs and open kitchen. Fireplace towards the living room and kitchen fireplace towards the dining table and kitchenette. Attic room on the 2nd floor with sofa and table and exit to the balcony. Rental is based on self-catering. Guests bring bed linen and towels for their own use. Can also be rented. Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms with a total of 8 beds: 1 bedroom on the first floor with double bed and 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. 2 bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds. (In addition - several single mattresses that can be used if needed.) Two of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor have direct access to the balcony with panoramic views. Large bathroom on the 1st floor with shower, sauna and 2 sinks. Direct exit to a large terrace. 1/2 bathroom on the 2nd floor with toilet and washbasin. Laundry room on the 1st floor also has toilet and sink in addition to washing machine and tumble dryer. Terrace: There are nice seats out on the terrace. Ski-in to the downhill slope. Ski slope and hiking trail just outside the door. Parking space outside the house. Space for several cars. Guest access The whole house is available for the tenant, except for a bedroom on the 1st floor marked Private. In addition, part of the storage room outside the kitchen is excluded for private storage. Other things to note There is a collapsible cot with mattress and necessary equipment, as well as a high chair. There are also extra mattresses available if you are more than 8 people. Children/young people. Just let us know and 2 families can rent together. Staircase protection for children Various games and toys for children. There is a gas grill and barbecue equipment and a fire pit on the terrace.
