The apartment offers 1 bedroom with queen size double bed, 1 sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine & TV. The space The elegant perfect apartment for relaxation in the Wachau lies in a former small vineyard. Nestled in the quiet Erlahof settlement in Spitz an der Donau, you can enjoy the tranquility of the Wachau and the beautiful view of vineyards. The apartment is equipped with a bright fully equipped kitchen, a friendly dining area and a cozy living room. In addition to 1 quiet bedrooms with queen size double bed, the sofa bed in the living room offers an additional sleeping option. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. A small cozy outdoor area invites you to linger in the fresh air. Guest access Check-in is contactless and self-contained. The free parking is on the front of the building. Stairs lead to the back of the house, where the key box is located. The key is available by code and grants access to the house and apartment. Other things to note The place is fully equipped. Towels, bed linen, shower gel, cooking utensils, etc. are available to make the stay as easy and comfortable as possible. The apartment is only accessible by stairs. We also offer a bike room on the ground floor. Guests will receive an information leaflet with important details from check-in to recommendations to checkout before arrival. Please note: The overnight tax is a legally required fee to be paid by guests to the accommodation establishment. The amount is €2,50 per person per night. Children up to the age of 14 are excluded.
