Cottage is unsuitable for children under 12 The space Inside the cottage is full of warmth and character, with exposed beams, cosy living spaces and thoughtfully furnished rooms. The kitchen is well equipped for relaxed self catering whilst the sitting room is ideal for evenings after a day exploring the Cotswolds. Upstairs you will find 2 comfortable bedrooms sleeping four, along with a bathroom. Please note that as with many period cottages, there are low beams and narrow stairs, adding to the charm but worth bearing in mind. Outside, enjoy your private enclosed garden- perfect for morning coffee, al fresco dining, or unwinding in the hot tub under the stars. The garden is secure for dogs. Location is ideally placed for exploring the Cotswolds, popular villages, pubs, walks and attractions are all within easy reach Guest access Keys will be accessed by a lockbox next to the front door Parking is available for 2 cars. Please note the space to the right of the entrance belongs to the neighbouring property Other things to note DOGS Dogs are welcome (by prior approval) £40 per dog per stay. Maximum 2 dogs Dogs must not be left unattended in the property Please keep dogs off furniture and beds Please pick up after your dogs & dispose in the bins provided HOT TUB Use at your own risk No glass in or around the hot tub Shower before you use Quiet use after 10pm THATCH No candles, fireworks or BBQs No smoking anywhere on property
