Cosy and modern house in the scenic archipelago

Welcome to our cosy and modern house located on the scenic island of Muskö in stockholms archipelago, accessible by car (no ferries) within 50 minutes from central stockholm or by public transport within 90 minutes. The house has a comfortable standard and with 9+2 beds and is located within short walking distances from one of the best beaches you will find in the archipelago. It has a large wooden porch with a fire heated hot tub (accessible from may to september) and plenty of seating areas. The space The house has been completely renovated a few years ago and has a high standard. The spacious living room with the fireplace, dining table, sofa and the panorama windows facing the mountain marks its center. The house has tre bedrooms and one guest house with a total of 9 beds. Furthermore it has a comfortable bed sofa and a loft with an inflatable bed that will accomodate additional 3 sleepers. The frist bedroom next to the kitchen has a dubble size bed. The second also has a dubble sized bed. The third has one queen size bed and a single bed. The Guest house has a queen size bed. Two of the bedrooms have cot beds for toddlers. The kitchen is has a hot air oven, Microwave, coffee machine, water boiler etc, mixer as well as a large refrigerator and freezer. It has two modern bathrooms on the bottom floor where one of them has a shower. In between the bathrooms there is a small sauna fitting 3 seats on the top level. The Outdoor eating area under a roof has two large a large tables seating 6 people each and a barbecue. The frontside of the porch is where the fire heated hot tub is located. It also has an outdoor shower with hot water. The hot tub and shower are accessible from may until late september as they are filled with centrally distributer freshwater from the nearby lake. About 20 meters from the porch there is a overlook where you can see all of the nearby lake. Guest access Weekdays during low season (Sep - June) can only be rented in combination with a weekend. Other things to note The hot tub is filled with fresh water from the nearby lake and is accessible from May to late October. A professional kajak with accessories can be rented for 1000 SEK extra per weekend.
