The flat features a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, complete with a hob, microwave and kettle, making it ideal for enjoying the space completely independently. Also in the living area, there is a sofa bed (75 x 190 cm), a practical additional option, recommended primarily for children or teenagers, or for occasional use. The elegant and comfortable double bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe and a television, making it perfect for relaxing. The apartment is completed by a modern private bathroom with a walk-in shower, designed to offer both comfort and style. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 1 child (4–10 years, 50% of the adult rate; 11–17 years, 100% of the adult rate) or a third adult (please note that the third guest will be provided with a 75 x 190 cm compact sofa bed).
