Each room has an inverter air conditioner, a 43" Smart TV with a full package of subscription channels, and a work area/desk/library with very fast 300 Mbps fiber-optic internet. The kitchen is brand new with a vintage aesthetic, built from scratch using high-quality materials, and equipped with air conditioning, a water filter, and state-of-the-art electrical appliances. Next to the old renovated bathroom with a bathtub, a brand-new bathroom with a shower/jacuzzi was built. With front and rear balconies and balcony doors/windows in all rooms that flood the space with light all day long, plenty of parking spaces in the courtyard and the surrounding area at the end of the street, which ends at the park in front of the house. Just 50 meters away, inside the park, without having to cross a road with cars, you will find a playground for carefree moments with children of all ages.
