The space The villa is located in a private development with parking and an enclosed garage, surrounded by tropical gardens and featuring pleasant nighttime lighting. Newly built, it has all the amenities and features, such as air conditioning, alarm, Wi-Fi, satellite TV... and, of course, minimalist and modern décor and furnishings. The rooms are symmetrically distributed over two floors. On the top floor, there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and another double bedroom with an external bathroom, both with ocean views. All bedrooms come with high-speed Wi-Fi and 32" Smart TVs. The upper landing of the staircase leads to a terrace with a sun deck and ocean views. Downstairs, the bedrooms and bathrooms are laid out the same way as upstairs, with the difference that they have direct access to the pool. From the lower landing of the staircase, you can access the laundry room and the garage. The kitchen is an open-plan space and has all the necessary appliances and utensils to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Next is the living-dining room with views of the terrace and the pool.
