Spread over four levels, it has four bedrooms - offering space for up to 10 people - and several common areas: a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room with wood stove and garden view, a cozy living room with TV, a reading room with many interesting books for all tastes and ages and three different outdoor spaces, including a pergola, a garden and a covered lounge in the courtyard in front of the house. Previously atelier and residence of a painter, the house is full of paintings and artistic details, that make this space ideal to disconnect and be inspired. We are located in La Valle Agordina, a small mountain town located in the Conca Agordina, within the National Park of the Belluno Dolomites, famous for its wild nature, its enormous wealth of flora and extraordinary fauna.Here time seems to have stopped, you can breathe clean air and savor the sense of the real mountain, of peace, of slowness. The town is located at the gates of the Duran Pass, the scene of numerous mountain stages of the Giro d'Italia, which connects the Agordina Valley to the Municipality of Val di Zoldo and offers a spectacular alpine panorama, quite popular in summer by all types of hikers. and rock climbers and in winter by ski mountaineering and cisapole enthusiasts. A few steps from the house you will find a delightful bakery, where you can get fresh sandwiches and croissants every morning, tasty local products or a good coffee at the counter. Guests will access in total autonomy, following the punctual indications received a few days before arrival and will receive remote assistance 24/7 for the entire length of their stay.You will need a car for getting around, unless you want to use the bus service - with a stop within walking distance of the house - to visit the neighboring towns. The nearest town is Agordo and is well stocked with any type of shop and service. The space The great thing about the house is that each guest will have its own privacy, thanks to the several common spaces distributed on the four floors: a kitchen, a dining room, one spacious living room with tv and round tv, one riding room with books, a covered outdoor areas for barbecues and front garden with benches and flowers.
