The PropertySet over two floors and offering approximately 400 m² of living space, Villa Arizona has been designed for relaxed Mediterranean living. The layout provides large communal areas for dining and socialising, along with multiple terraces and balconies for quieter moments. The villa combines traditional charm with practical comfort, including air conditioning in all bedrooms (Bedroom 5 with A/c only; others also have ceiling fans). Most beds are singles, allowing flexible sleeping arrangements, alongside one small double bed. There is private off-street parking for three cars. Living & Dining Areas You enter the villa through a spacious hallway leading into an impressive open living and dining area with high ceilings, creating a wonderful sense of light and space. The large living room features comfortable seating including an L-shaped sofa, additional two-seater sofa, fireplace and Tv. From here, doors lead directly out to the garden and pool area. The indoor dining space is perfect for large groups, with a substantial dining table that can seat up to 18 guests comfortably — ideal for long dinners and celebrations together. The kitchen connects directly to the living and dining areas, making it easy to cook and socialise at the same time. Outside, there is an enclosed dining area with mosquito nets, seating 8 guests, with additional tables allowing up to 15 to dine outdoors — perfect for enjoying warm summer evenings. Upstairs, a cosy landing area with a sofa opens onto a balcony with seating and beautiful garden views. Sun loungers invite you to unwind, while the built-in charcoal Bbq at the end of the pool area makes outdoor cooking simple and enjoyable. The swimming pool has an option to be fenced if required for the little ones. A dedicated chill-out area offers shade and comfort during the heat of the day, and the various terraces and five balconies ensure there is always a quiet corner to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink. Location Situated in the peaceful hills of Olivella, Villa Arizona offers privacy and stunning mountain surroundings while remaining within easy reach of the coast. The lively seaside town of Sitges — known for its beaches, restaurants and year-round atmosphere — is just a short drive away. Good to Know – Villa Arizona is wheelchair-accessible, with a ramp at the entrance – However please confirm size of wheelchair for bedroom access .– All bedrooms have A/c – The swimming pool can be fenced if required – please make sure you request this before arrival. – Most windows and doors have mosquito nets– The min age of the main guest is 28 years old. - off street parking – These prices do not include tourist tax of 1.00 € / person / day. This must be paid in cash (only) upon arrival. Other things to note Security deposit: €1000 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. Tourist Tax: €2 per adult, per night, to be paid locally. The Property is supplied with 1 set of bed linen and towels per guest (1 shower and 1 hand towel and where applicable 1 pool towel) at no additional charge, unless otherwise specified. Additional changes may be requested at the following rates: - €15 per single bed set; - €25 per double bed set; - €10 per towel set; A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies.  Requests for additional linen or towels will be delivered the following day, subject to availability. Please note that extra linen will be delivered, but beds will not be changed. If guests wish to have the linen changed, a minimum of 3 hours of cleaning service must be booked. Please note our partners have informed us that this property is wheelchair accessible via a ramp up to the house, however please contact us prior to booking so that we can ensure your access needs can be met inside the house. A pool fence is available on request and for an additional charge of €75 per booking - this is subject to availability and must be requested at the time of booking. Please note that air conditioning and ceiling fans are featured in 5 of the 6 bedrooms. 1 travel cot and 1 high chair are provided free of charge, subject to availability and provided the request is made at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
