The house's location is a perfect base for various excursions! The space Our charming vacation home is ready to welcome you to cozy Västerkärr, a small gem along Lake Stråken. A rowboat is also available to you during your stay. The house offers several lovely environments for socializing, both inside and outside. Indoors, there are 90 functional sqm carefully renovated to keep the charm. The surfaces are freshly painted in bright colors and the decor is filled with lovable and comfortable furniture. A hall with good storage, two bathrooms of which one with shower. In the kitchen, which exudes old charm, there is most of what you need. The kitchen continues to a comfortable dining area for the times you eat inside. Two nice bedrooms, one with 3 beds and the other with two. Extra bed is available. Good storage is available both in the kitchen and wardrobes. A large living room with a cozy TV corner. From the living room you come straight out to the patio where you look out towards the garden and glimpse the lake between the trees. The inviting outdoor environment makes it easy to enjoy here. A large, private garden with grass lawn surrounds the house. At the front by the entrance there is a secluded little seating area where you can start your day with coffee in the morning sun. At the back, there is a west-facing terrace with evening sun along the entire house, with a covered dining area. There you sit comfortably even if there is a light summer rain. A flight of stairs takes you down to the BBQ area with seating around. Here you enjoy socializing and the evening sun, the fire becomes a natural gathering point you gather around. Maybe you grill the fish that nipped in the lake earlier in the day? Here you like to sit for a long time and have a good time together in the warm summer evening! A pergola with budding plants frames everything. You are free to use the rowboat for fishing and swimming in the lake. There are 5 life jackets. Guest access The house has both an unfurnished attic and basement that you do not have access to, they are locked areas. Everything you need is on the regular floor level. You have full access to the entire garden with lawn around the house and the nice pergola with barbecue area. You'll even have access to a rowboat that you can use for fishing and swimming in the lake. 5 life jackets are available. Free WiFi is available in the whole house. Linens, bed linens, towels, toilet paper, soap and dish soap are provided.
