On‑street parking and optional EV charging available. The space ** We are replacing the bathroom which should be complete by 19th Aug. Weekend of 15th/16th Aug we have seperate toilet and sink available instead of bathroom (spa room with wetroom changing and shower is fully operational throughout). Also adding a new bedroom option with ensuite which should be ready mid September. Photos will be added as soon as possible. The existing bedroom remains the same ** We welcome you to our modern new‑build style family home with a comfortable double bed room and sole use of the main bathroom (we use our en‑suite). You’ll also have shared access to our lounge, fully equipped kitchen (with washing machine and fridge‑freezer space), plus our indoor heated 13ft swim spa (hot tub) and sauna with its own wetroom changing area. Your room includes a double bed, Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon etc) and screen mirroring, DAB alarm clock radio, wardrobe and drawer storage, a small laptop‑friendly desk and fast fibre via WiFi. The window overlooks the garden and open fields for a peaceful outlook. There is plenty of on‑street parking around the property, and an EV charge point is available at additional cost. Sarah and I are friendly and happy to chat — we’re often in the kitchen early evening, so feel free to join us if you’d like. Guest access Access with your own key via front door. Lock on bedroom door. Shared use of kitchen, lounge and garden area. Shared use of swim spa and sauna. During your stay Sarah and I are friendly and happy to socialise in the evenings. We often spend time in the kitchen, so you’re welcome to join us for a chat. On a few occasions our mother may also stay overnight. If you prefer your own space, you’re just as welcome to relax in the lounge and watch a movie. As it is our home we’re always available throughout your stay — either at home or via mobile — if you need anything or have any questions. Other things to note The swim spa and sauna is used by and shared with with us. It is made available on an “as‑is” basis for reasonable use by our guests, and only while we are physically present at the property. Please therefore let us know beforehand when you would like to use this and we will ensure we are available. We kindly request that you avoid use between 4:00pm and 7:30pm due to peak electricity costs. Use is strictly at your own risk, we assume no responsibility or liability for any injury, accident, or loss that may arise. There is an information card in your room which you must also read and follow. We will always be a child free household during Fri-Sun bookings. We will usually have one (or on a few occasions two) of our children staying with us during Mon-Thu school night bookings (asleep by 9pm). On some limited occasions our mother may stay overnight during the week. There will be no other overnight guests at the property during your stay unless we advise at time of booking.
