My favorite home. Big, bright, filled with intriguing objects with a history. It has everything for a quiet family holiday and is equipped with the necessary appliances. There are a lot of shops, a stable, an amusement park in Sunny Polyana (fully equipped beachfront), billiards and bowling in the Alyosha Tavern, restaurants. River. Many sleeping areas. Wonderful fireplace. I periodically live in a small house on the territory of the plot to address any issues that may arise. Check-out time can be discussed! The space A two-floor house with an area of 200 sq.m. made of glued timber on a well-groomed 15-hectare plot. On the ground floor of the house there is an entrance hall, a bedroom, a bath with a toilet and an open layout, including a hall with an oven, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. From the living room, there is access to a huge veranda with sofas, a table, and a hammock. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. Other things to note Outside there is a grill, a large pot with a pilaf oven, in the house - board games, books, a TV, a lot of children's toys (for boys they have been put away, but I can tell you where), firewood, axe, skewers, grids.
