Villa Oleandri is located in Valpolicella, on the hills of San Floriano, in a very quiet and sunny area and enjoys a wonderful view of Valpolicella, Verona and, in the distance, Lake Garda. The space The property is spacious, comfortable, and elegant, built with high-quality materials and surrounded by the vineyards of Valpolicella. The villa consists of two apartments; on the ground floor of the building you will find Zardo Winery, where you can book a wine tasting experience. Climbing the external staircase, you will reach the apartment entrance. On your left, there is a charming small garden, while on your right you will find a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. Upon entering the apartment, you will be welcomed by a bright open-plan living area featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with two double sofa beds. Continuing to the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom, two single bedrooms (each with one single bed), and one bathroom. The second bathroom is located in the building's basement and can be reached by leaving the apartment and taking the internal staircase. The location is ideal, halfway between Verona and Lake Garda. Within just a few minutes, you can easily reach the motorway, the lake, Verona city center, and the airport. It is the perfect choice for a relaxing stay surrounded by peaceful countryside, while also providing an excellent starting point for food and wine tours, cultural visits, and outdoor activities. Several water parks, thermal spas, and amusement parks are also located nearby. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED Other things to note The villa is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Towels and sheets are provided and included in the price for all guests. Drinks, food (e.g., spices, salt, oil, etc.), and consumables (e.g., soap, shampoo, detergent, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are subject to a mandatory €30 fee to be paid in cash upon arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
