Guest access Guests have access to the entire private apartment, which includes 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a washing machine, a toilet, and a balcony. In addition, you can use the common facilities of the building such as the lobby, elevator, parking area as prescribed. Other things to note To make your stay as smooth as possible, please note the following: • Check-in procedure: According to the building's regulations, please send a photo of your ID card or Passport for us to register your temporary residence with the management before arrival. • Common facilities: Swimming pool and Gym are under the management of the building. Usage fees (if any) will be calculated according to the price list posted at the reception desk (usually around 100,000 VND/time depending on the time). • Hygiene & Environment: Please do not smoke inside the apartment (you can smoke on the balcony). Please turn off electrical appliances when leaving the room to protect the environment. • Quiet time: Please keep quiet after 22:00 to avoid affecting the surrounding apartments. • Check-in/out: Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00. If you want an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance to check availability (a small surcharge may apply).
