Step into this bright and modern 120m2 home, where the open-plan living and dining space is bathed in natural light. Sink into the spacious sofa, layered with plush pillows for a cosy yet stylish place to unwind. The adjacent dining area features a sleek wooden table and comfortable chairs, perfect for shared meals or lively gatherings. A Smart TV is on hand for all your favourite shows. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The home offers two UK double bedrooms and one UK single bedroom, each tailored for comfort and flexibility. The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower, and has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Please Note: There is 1 free parking spot in front of the house for a private vehicle only. You must park diagonally across the front door. If there is more than 1 car parked in front of the house, it will be towed. No commercial vehicles are allowed. Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
