“Eternally old, yet always new.” Inspired by the philosophy of Ise Shrine, this wooden house—built in 1989 by a local temple carpenter—has been carefully renovated in 2026 into a boutique-style stay for guests from around the world. While preserving its traditional Japanese character, the interior features a refined blend of colors, textures, and light. We hope you will experience the spirit of Shinto, where countless gods coexist in harmony. The space [Access] Our property is located about a 6-minute walk straight along Mikimoto Road (Prefectural Route 32) from the entrance of the shopping street “Oharaimachi & Okage Yokocho,” just before the Inner Shrine (Naiku) of Ise Grand Shrine. It is also close to Sarutahiko Shrine, known as the shrine of the god who opens the way. [Bedding] The main bedroom (Bedroom #1) features one queen-size bed. In the adjacent room (Bedroom #2), three sets of futons are prepared in the closet, allowing up to 5 guests to stay comfortably. [Parking] A free on-site parking space is available during your stay. Size: Width 310 cm × Depth 390 cm [Bicycle Rental] Five bicycles are available in the private bike parking area for your use during your stay. [Projector] You can enjoy the Anker Nebula Capsule Air projector, equipped with Google TV. Log in with your own account to access over 10,000 apps, including Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon Prime Video. Guest access Entire private house Other things to note A propane gas supplier may occasionally pass through the garden during the day to access the back of the property.
