Spend the first evening unwinding over a relaxed barbecue and bonfire under the open sky, where conversations flow easily. The next morning begins with coffee outdoors and a refreshing swim, followed by an easy mix of leisure and a friendly match at the sports court, board games with the group, or simply time spent soaking in the quiet. Afternoons are best left unplanned, whether for a short nap, reading by the pool, or enjoying the breeze across open spaces. As the sun dips, gather for an al fresco dinner that turns into a long, unhurried night. On your final day, wake up slowly, savour breakfast, and take one last stroll around the property before heading back, carrying a sense of calm that lingers. THE SPACE BEDROOM 1 This bedroom is on the first floor. Includes an AC, Wi-Fi, queen-sized bed and an extra single mattress. Ensuite Bathroom and an Attached Balcony. BEDROOM 2 This bedroom is on the first floor. Includes an AC, Wi-Fi, queen-sized bed, workstation and an extra single mattress. Ensuite Bathroom. BEDROOM 3 This bedroom is on the ground floor. Includes an AC, Wi-Fi, queen-sized bed, workstation and an extra single mattress. Shared Bathroom. BATHROOMS There are 2 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. One of the bathrooms also features a bathtub. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA The property has one spacious living room. Includes a TV and Wi-Fi. Comes with a dining area and an attached patio. KITCHEN Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only. It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. GAMES AREA There is an outdoor sports turf for football. LAWN There is a 3000 sq. ft lawn with a gazebo. It can seat up to 10 people at any given time. There is an open garden with a sit-out space. POOL There is a private outdoor pool. The pool is 15ft x 35ft with a depth of 4.5ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. Other things to note - Guests can choose to order-in or eat out at nearby restaurants. - Barbecue setup is available at an extra cost. Guests are required to carry their own ingredients - Experiences such as al fresco dining can also be arranged at an extra cost of Rs 5000 per night. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - A bonfire setup can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs. 3000 per session. - Guests can have access to board games for entertainment purposes. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
