DINING AREAS: The dining table seats up to 8 people and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening. KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES: The large kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in Crewe. There is an electric hob, single oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer dryer. BATHROOMS/TOILETS: There are two shower rooms in the property - both are equipped with a sink, toilet and shower cubicle. PARKING: Free on-street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, there is a pay & display car park opposite the house. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING *No Parties or Events Allowed This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages. *Quiet Hours After 10PM This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards. *No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage. *Noise & Air Monitoring in Place Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund. *Travel Cots & High Chairs Travel cots and high chairs are available subject to availability and are charged at £10 per item per stay. Please request these in advance of your arrival. *Stays Over 10 Nights Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an £142 extra fee per week.
