Beit HaHar - a villa for families with a private pool

Welcome to “Mountain House” Villa – a vacation with breathtaking views in Rama, in Beit HaKerem Valley, about 5 km from Karmiel. The villa has 4 bedrooms with double beds and TVs, 2 private bathrooms, a spacious living room with a TV and seating area, an equipped kitchen, a private heated covered pool, games for all ages, and an equipped outdoor kitchen. Suitable for families, groups and private celebrations. Enjoy an amazing vacation in a green, pastoral and quiet area. Hosts up to 23 guests. The space The villa has four bedrooms: three bedrooms with a double bed and an additional bedroom featuring 4 single beds. One of the bedrooms is a reinforced security room and also serves as a protected space. In the living room, guests have access to three sofas that open into double beds and an additional sofa that opens into a single bed. Up to six additional mattresses can be added according to the number and composition of the guests. The master bedroom includes a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. The additional bedrooms have closets and storage space for clothes and linens, as well as shutters that allow the rooms to be darkened. The villa has two and a half bathrooms: a private bathroom adjoining the master bedroom, an additional shared bathroom and a guest toilet. Guests have access to hot water, shampoo, conditioner, soap, shower gel and cleaning products. The spacious living room includes a 75-inch television and a large seating area. In addition, the bedrooms have televisions measuring 65, 50 and 43 inches. At the villa, you can enjoy a variety of games and entertainment facilities: a billiard table, a ping-pong table, a PlayStation, an air hockey table and a children’s play area. The main kitchen is fully equipped and suitable for cooking and shared meals. The kitchen includes a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, water dispenser, cookware, dishes and cutlery, coffee and basic supplies. For guests who observe Jewish traditions, a Shabbat hot plate and hot-water urn are available. The dining area is suitable for approximately 12 guests. If necessary, a folding table and additional chairs can be added. On the private balcony, you will find a private swimming pool measuring 6×3 metres. The pool is heated to a temperature of approximately 35°C and is covered, allowing guests to enjoy it even on cooler days. The pool is not fenced, so children must remain under adult supervision at all times. The outdoor area includes an outdoor kitchen, a gas grill, a charcoal barbecue, garden furniture and seating areas overlooking the view. The villa is wheelchair accessible, including access to the house and the swimming pool. The entrance to the villa is private, and free parking is available for guests. For families, one baby cot and 3 high chairs are available. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided. The villa is located on the ground floor, while the hosts’ home is situated on the level below. The accommodation areas, balcony and swimming pool are reserved for the private use of the villa’s guests. Guest access In the area surrounding the villa, you can enjoy the hiking trails of Nahal Tzalmon and the Parod Waterfalls, the Mount Meron Nature Reserve, the alleys and heritage sites of Old Peki’in, and a variety of local restaurants in the village of Rama. A short drive away, you will also find the parks of Karmiel and Lake Monfort, offering activities and attractions for the whole family.
