Guest access Guests have access to the common pool open from 10 am-7 pm, as well as the entire garden area in front of our home. Both are part of SUNPARK RESORT which is a well-known 2-star hotel in Baga/Calangute. There are walking pathways on 3 sides to access restaurants and the market space. Being located right in between Baga and Calangute guests have access to nightlife & party places, Calangute and Baga beach, and the famous Tito's Lane. Other things to note IMPORTANT - (INDIAN NATIONALS) - We would need a valid photo ID proof before your check-in via email. (FOREIGN NATIONAL) - We would need your passport and visa proof before your check-in via email, this is compulsory to comply with the homestay and AirBnB rules here in GOA. FREEBEES: Tea, coffee for your Chai sessions PARKING: Comfortable common parking space at the back of the property for BIKES. CLEANING: Cleaning can be arranged as per your request at a small fee, do let us know in advance. GROCERIES: Swiggy Instamart is operational here, and you can get groceries delivered home. The closest super stores are all a 5-minute walk away! SECURITY DEPOSIT: We take a security deposit of Rs. 5000 on or before check-in, which is refundable during check-out (subject to damages, breakages, non-compliance with house rules, smoking inside the house, etc). The security deposit for longer stays is higher! We have an inverter for power backup as power outages are common in Goa. Please note the ACs do not work on the power backup.
