LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA There is a spacious living room replete with comfortable seating. Include AC, TV, WI-Fi, balcony and a sound system. There is a separate dining area. KITCHEN Kitchen access can be arranged at an additional charge of 1,500 per day. Groceries will be charged separately on an actuals basis. It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed LAWN There is a 20 ft x 50 ft lawn. It can seat up to 20people at any given time. There is an open garden with a sit-out space. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except the kitchen. Other things to note - Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants. - Barbecue is available at an extra cost. - Bonfire facilities are available at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 - We can provide accommodation for 2 of your personal staff at an additional charge of Rs. 1000+taxes per person. - Masseuse services can also be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability. The applicable charges will be shared at the property. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
