The house has a large kitchen and kitchenette, a dining room, a living room (with sofa bed for 2 people), a veranda and a bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). Next to the kitchen, a large laundry room that overlooks the back with access to the parking lot and pool. Located in the laundry area, a toilet and an additional shower. Upstairs, a bedroom of 17 m2 with a double bed + 2 single beds (160 cm), a second bedroom of 15 m2 with 3 single beds and a third bedroom of 8 m2 with 2 single beds.
