Our farm house ("Vierkanthof") is surrounded by fields, meadows and woods. The quaint apartment is absolutely quiet, yet very central (10 minutes to Wels and Grieskirchen, 25 to Linz, 1 hour to Salzburg, 2 hours to Vienna, 5 minutes to the next motorway drive and to Bad Schallerbach). Within walking distance there is the possibility to feed our sheep and chickens. The space Through a large arched vestibule one reaches the accommodation, which is divided as follows: - 1 vaulted kitchen with sink, refrigerator, electric stove with oven, coffee machine and a traditional wood burning stove - 1 living room with large farm table, couch (possible bed for 2 persons), TV, radio, stereo, and wood burning chimney - 1 bathroom with washbasin, bathtub with shower wall, toilet, washing machine - 1 bedroom ("Chamber") with double bed (1,60x2,00m) The accommodation is heated by a wood-burning stove. The apartment is warm on arrival. Afterwards, the guests have to refill the stove. There is enough wood available. On request, we can also refine or heat up, if the guests are not present during the day and wish this. Baby crib and high chair, as well as other baby and children's implements are available on request, since we ourselves have 2 children at the age of 2 and 0 years. Guest access You can stroll and relax on the meadows in front of the house. In 300m distance we have sheep and some chickens that can be fed. Other things to note Bed linen, towels, toilet paper, hair dryer, shampoo, dishes, dishes, detergent and soap are provided. The accommodation is heated by a wood-burning stove.
